The will of widow Abigail Moulton of Salem was proved in the court held at Ipswich March 27, 1666. the following copy is transcribed from the original instrument on file in the probate office at Salem.

The Laƒt will & Teƒtement of Abigail Moulton of Sallem widdow being by Gods hand weake in in body but of perfet memory: doe diƒoƒe of my Eƒtate as followeth

tt I doe ordaine my Sonne Robert my whole Executor tt I doe Giue to my sone Robert two oxen ye beƒt with ye tackling belonging to ye teeme with what other tooles I haue & a Mare Colt & ye Bed I did vse to ly on with all its furniture tt I doe Giue to my sone Samuell two three yeare ould steeres
tt I doe Giue to my Sons John & Joseph to Ech of them a Greate Book
tt I doe Giue to my daughter Abigaill one fine ƒheete
tt to my daughter Hannah I doe Give my beƒt Bed with all itr furniture & one fine ƒheete tt my daughter Miriam I doe Giue one laƒte ƒheete
tt to my daughter Mary I doe Giue one payre of pillobers:& my will is the Reƒt of my linning ƒhall be equally diuided to my sone Samuell & to my daughters Abigall Miran & mary
