1705 Colonial American Document. Spiritious liquor license for inn. Town of Attleborro, Massachusetts Bay Colony. 7 3/4" x 12 3/4". Stipulatates, "no playing of dice, cards, ninepins, shuffleboard, billards, or any other unlawful games, nor shall sell any wine, liquor, or other strong drinks, to any apprentices, servants, indians, or negros."

1748 Colonial American Document, 5x7", Taunton, Massachusetts, Bristol County. Warrant for Samual Cozwell for not attending Divine worship

1767 Colonial American Document, 4x8". Attleboro, Massachusetts, Bristol County. Warrant for Jesse Briggs to depart the town within 14 days.

1709 Colonial American Document, Queen Ann Period, Dartmouth, Massachusetts Bay Colony. 4x6", Appears to be signed by John Cary, Clerk.

This is a land indenture from the Mass. Bay Colony in 1729. A 270 year old document that transfers land from Samuel Gaskill to John Osborne . Has four handwritten signatures, Samuel Gaskill, John Higgison, James Lindallsun, William Goeney. This document was implemented just 35 years after the Salem witch trials. It was written in the colony, in the town of Salem, County of Essex.
