1705 Queen Ann Period Colonial American Document. John Spooner's License to operate a common Inn and to sell Strong Drink at Retail In Dartmouth. "Package Store License"

Revolutionary War Military Commission from COUNCIL OF MASSACHUSETTS BAY, partly-printed document measuring approx. 11-1/2" x 12-1/2" signed by 16 figures of the Revolutionary War in Boston area. Document appoints MOSES MENDEALL, as Brigade Major of the Brigade in the County of Worcester, whereof Jonathan Warner is Brigadier, signed at "Boston, Mass. March 13, 1778". Signed under paper/wax seal by: JER. PORSELL, THOMAS CUSHING, JOHN WHITCOMB, MOSES GILL, OLIVER PRESCOTT, JOSEPH PALMER, JOHN TAYLOR, TIMO. DANIELSON, GARDINER, D. HOPKINS, JOSIAH STONE, BENJ. AUSTIN, S. FULLER, B. WHITE, NATHANIEL CUSHING & JOHN AVERY. . Among the signers is a member of the Continental Congress, generals, one of which excelled at Bunker Hill and one of whom commanded the Army at Shays Rebellion. Also included is a participant in the Boston Tea Party.

1797 deed for land and a small dwelling house in Attleborough,Massachusetts. It is a 4 acre parcel and was sold for $40.50 from Mary Toleman to Nathan Read.  Mary signed her mark.
