1807 Falmouth Maine Land document. Names include Nathaniel Warren, who conveys land to Henry Babb for the sum of three hundred dollars.
1773 Early Berwick, Maine Colonial document referencing David Nichols, a Quaker blacksmith. Other names: James Whitman.
Dated May 2, 1828, handwritten, yellowed and creased, deed or agreement, where Benjamin Dickson/Dickinson releases and quits title and interest to all the land, buildings excepted to Samuel Dickson/Dickinson. Signed by Benjamin Dickson, witnessed by Timothy Shaw and Daniel P. Shaw. Timothy Shaw was a Justice of the Peace, at the time. It is signed by Barrett Potter Judge of the Court of Probate and recorded by Horatio Southgate, Registrar on the seventh day of November 1826. It also has the Cumberland County Seal. On the reverse it is marked Copy, Will & probate, letter Testamentary, Justin Woodbury.
