1804 Court Document Cumberland Maine Territory, before Maine was a state.  Man by the name of Hale.  Attorneys names include a Thacker, and a Joseph Pope.

1807 Falmouth Maine Land document.  Names include Nathaniel Warren, who conveys land to Henry Babb for the sum of three hundred dollars.

1770 Quaker note- Friend Isaac Rogers Berwick Early Berwick Maine Document - Colonial discount of a promissory note, signed by David Nichols, himself a Quaker.

1773 Early Berwick, Maine Colonial document referencing David Nichols, a Quaker blacksmith.  Other names:  James Whitman.

Dated May 2, 1828, handwritten, yellowed and creased, deed or agreement, where Benjamin Dickson/Dickinson releases and quits title and interest to all the land, buildings excepted to Samuel Dickson/Dickinson. Signed by Benjamin Dickson, witnessed by Timothy Shaw and Daniel P. Shaw. Timothy Shaw was a Justice of the Peace, at the time. The backside contains handwriting, that indicates a registry of Deeds, received April 24, 1851 at ___o'clock and recorded in Book 218, pages 77-8; attest: Francis Bacon, Reg

1799 Falmouth, Maine:  Early Maine Territory manuscript - .... signed by John and Samuel Frothingham, Andrew Titcomb, and Isaac Ilsley.

1826 Probate Document State of Maine.Document with State of Maine handwritten through Commonwealth of Massachusetts. It is signed by Barrett Potter Judge of the Court of Probate and recorded by Horatio Southgate, Registrar on the seventh day of November 1826. It also has the Cumberland County Seal. On the reverse it is marked Copy, Will & probate, letter Testamentary, Justin Woodbury.
